摘要
辅导员是高校思想政治工作的重要主体,对于提高大学生思想政治工作水平具有重要影响。随着我国改革开放的不断深化,大学生思想观念呈现出"多元化"的发展趋势,给辅导员工作提出了新的挑战。这就需要辅导员对新时期的思想政治工作进行深入研究和探索,特别是针对思想政治工作的制约因素,积极开展工作创新,推动思想政治工作上新台阶。
Counselors is an important subject of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities has an important effect on improving the level of college students＇ Ideological and political work. With the continuous deepening of China＇s reform and opening up,college students＇ ideology has presented the development trend of ＂ diversification＂,which puts forward the new challenge to the work of counselors. This requires counselors to conduct an in- depth study and exploration toward ideological and political work in the new period,especially the restrictive factors of the ideological and political work,actively carry out the work innovation,and promote the ideological and political work to a new level.
