摘要
商务英语专业的培养要求知识与技能并重,在语言和商务知识学习的基础上,学生的国际商务实践能力训练也同样重要,因此技能实训是专业教学的重要构成。目前各校的商务英语专业实训形式主要包括随堂模拟、上机操练和企业实习,但毕业生就业反馈说明收效并不理想。针对当前方案的局限性,本文提出"让企业进课堂"的创新双赢实训模式,将企业元素引进教学实训过程,使学生在课堂内体验商务实践,历练工作技能。
It is required both by syllabus and by workplace that business English learners need to be involved in extensive skill training during their learning progress. To that end, many teachers design in-class mini-simulation; others engage students in substantial e-learning software training; still, some hold that working skills can be acquired during students＇ internship, all turned out not as effective as expected according to employers＇ feedback. This article intends to propose an optimized skill-training program,＂Inviting real business world into class＂, which, reciprocal in design, will create opportunities for students to learn and train through business practice in class.
