摘要
创新实践教学基地的建设和管理模式是实现卓越计划人才培养目标的关键,本文阐述了我院食品科学与工程专业在推进"卓越工程师"计划的实施过程中,实践教学基地建设所做的具体探索和存在的主要问题,提出了今后加强实践教学基地建设的具体建议和对策。彰显学校办学特色,切实提高教学质量。
The constructing mode of innovating practice teaching base is the key to realize the talent culuvauon of ＂the Excellence Project＂. The paper expounds the specific exploration and the major problems in the construe- tion of the practice teaching base in the implementation process of ＂the Excellence Project＂ for the food science and technology profession. Some suggestions and strategies to strengthen the practice teaching base construction are put forward so as to carry forward our school -running characteristics and to actually improve our teaching quality.
