摘要
根据东海软管(大连)有限公司要求,设计一套橡胶管自动清洗电气控制系统。整个系统的设计以可编程控制器(PLC)——继电接触器为基础,主要通过温控仪表、计时器、计数器与可编程控制器(PLC)组成闭环控制系统,对清洗机的全过程进行有效控制。该系统具有手动调整和自动运行功能,并可超时自动停机和误操作报警等,使操作方便、运行安全可靠。它能有效地提高生产率,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,保证工业生产的稳定运行。
According to the requirements of the East China Sea Hose （Dalian） Co .,Ltd .,design a set of rubber hose automatic cleaning electrical control system .The design of the entire system takes the programmable logic controller （PLC） - relay contactor as the basis - compose the closed-loop control system mainly by temperature controller ,timer ,counter and programmable logic controller （PLC） , make effective control of the whole process of washing machine .The system has the manual adjustment and automatic operation functions ,and can conduct automatic shutdown and malfunction alarm ,so that makes it for easy ,safe and reliable operation .It can effectively increase the productivity ,reduce labor intensity ,and ensure the stable operation of industrial production .
