摘要 为得到良好的整车操纵稳定性,提出了一种使转向系统设计在初始阶段得到与整车匹配较好的转向力特性的方法.该方法为逆向设计,基于某实车车型,建立一个ADAMS整车模型.为使该车型的转向系统设计能够达到或接近BM(Benchmark,竞争车型或参考样车)水平,应用ADAMS/Optimus软件的遗传算法优化转向系统的结构参数.对转向系统结构参数进行灵敏度分析,根据灵敏度的分析结果,对转向系统的硬点进行优化.通过仿真及试验进行验证,得到了与整车匹配较好的力特性和操纵稳定性能. To achieve good control stability of a vehicle,a type of method is presented that matches well the steering characteristics at the initial stage of steering system design. The method is a reversal design which builds an ADAMS automobile model according to a real vehicle model. For its character to be close to the benchmark,the effects of design parameters of steering system on vehicle control stability are analyzed,the steering system performance parameters and the configuration parameters of steering system are optimized by means of optimization genetic algorithm of ADAMS / Optimus software. The hard points of steering system are optimized according to the results of the sensitivity analysis of steering system structure parameters. The model is verified by simulation and testing,and the purpose of matching well with vehicle force characteristics and control stability is achieved.
