摘要
建国后家族企业的经营管理体制大致经历了家庭作坊阶段、"红帽子"企业阶段、家族式股份制阶段和现代企业制度阶段。家族企业体制变迁具有产权结构从封闭走向开放、所有权分散经营权下放、股权逐渐分散等特点。家族企业体制变迁既遵循企业发展的普遍规律,展现出由低级向高级、由封闭向开发、由单一向多样、由国内向国际转变的一般发展趋势,也有中国家族企业发展的独特政治、经济和社会文化环境下所表现出的独特性。在公有制占绝对地位的背景下,作为私有制代表的家族企业,其发展更多地与政策环境的变化密切相关。
The Chinese family businesses have mainly undergone the stages of family workshop, red cap enter-prise, family shareholding and modern enterprise system in terms of operation and management system after the founding of PRC. This paper analyzes the characteristics of their system changes. The changes follow the common rules of coporate development apart from showing the general trends of development and the uniqueness in develop-ment of family businesses under the unique political, economic, social and cultural environment. Under the back-ground of dominance of the public sector of the economy, family businesses represent private ownership, whose devel-opment is more closely related with the changes of policies.
