摘要
随着风电的快速发展，企业的运营管理不断细化，对于风电来说，一方面是提高风电机组的健康水平，保证机组发电水平；另—方面是加强场内输变电设备可靠性，保证风电场在安全町靠的前提下，应发能发，追求风电场效益的最大化。传统的风机可用率管理，只注重风机的可用程度，对可崩率背后，风机甚至风电场的状态并没有过多的考虑，对于风机停运后不可用时间的划分、管控没有科学、细致、合理的研究和安排，“不可用时间管理”概念的提出，突破了一味追求高可用率数值的片面性，引入时间概念，围绕如何减少风电场不可用时间，强化设备管控措施，体现管理的先进性，是可用率管理的进一步深化和细化。
Along with the rapid development of wind power, the operational management of wind power farmis keeping berefined. For wind power, on one hand keep improve the health of the wind turbine toensure its power generating ability, on the other hand, strengthen the reliability of power transmission equipment in the wind farm, so it＇s possible to generate electricity whenever it＇s needed and the pursue the maximization of benefits of the wind farm, under the premise ofthe safety and reliability of wind farm is ensured. The traditional availability management of wind turbine, focus only on the availability management itself, and pay little attention to the state of wind turbineor wind farmwhich behind the availability. After the wind turbine shutdown, for the partitionand management of the unavailable time, there is no scientific, meticulous and reasonable research and arrangements. The proposing of concept of＂unavailable time management＂, breaks the one-sidednessof the blind pursuit of high availability value. By leadingunavailabletime into consideration, focusing on how to reducethe unavailable timeof wind farm, by strengthening the equipment management measures and reflecting the advantage of management, accelerate further deepening and refinement of availability management.
