利用分子标记辅助选择提高江苏粳稻稻瘟病抗性 被引量:7

摘要 以江苏主栽粳稻品种徐稻3号为轮回亲本,通过分子标记辅助选择,分别构建携带Pi1、Pi2单基因和聚合双基因的近等基因系。人工接种结果表明:与轮回亲本接种结果相比,在携带Pi1的情况下,苗瘟抗性频率提高近30%,穗瘟抗性表现为中感或感的水平;在携带Pi2的情况下,苗瘟抗性频率提高40%以上,穗瘟抗性表现为中抗/中感水平;而聚合Pi1/Pi2的情况下,苗瘟抗性频率提高50%以上,穗瘟抗性达到高抗水平;苗瘟抗性和穗瘟抗性表现明显相关性。 In this study,the donors of resistant genes,Pil and Pi2,were backcrossed with Xudao 3,one of main cultivars grown in Jiangsu province.The near isogenic lines(NILs)with both Pi1 and Pi2 genes and with either of them were successfully developed through molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS).The results showed that the resistance frequency of NIL carrying Pi1 was improved 30%compared with the resistance frequency of Xudao 3 at seedling stage by artificial inoculation and the panicle blast resistance was subjected to medium susceptible or susceptible.Similarly,the resistance frequency of NIL carrying Pi2 was improved by more than 40%at seedling stage by artificial inoculation and the panicle blast resistance was subjected to medium resistant or medium susceptible.The resistance frequency of pyramiding line with Pi1/Pi2 exceeded 50%over the resistance frequency of Xudao 3 and the panicle blast resistance reached high resistance level.The seedling blast resistance was significantly correlated with the panicle blast resistance.
