荧光免疫法快速检测糖化血红蛋白的应用评价

摘要 目的:评价Finecare荧光免疫检测仪测定糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的性能。方法采集40例病人及健康体检者全血标本,分别采用Bio-Rad公司D-10离子交换高效液相色谱法(HPLC)全自动HbA1c分析仪为参考方法(X),以Finecare荧光免疫检测仪测定HbA1c为试验方法(Y),以EP Evaluator统计分析软件的2种仪器比对模式进行统计学分析。结果试验方法与参考方法的误差小于允许总误差(TEa),两种方法检测结果的误差指数(EI)在可接受范围内,实验获得通过。结论 Finecare荧光免疫检测仪方法与D-10离子交换高效液相色谱法比较,结果一致性良好;作为一定量检测全血HbA1c的POCT检测仪器,Finecare荧光免疫检测仪具简便、灵活、快速的特点,可在急诊、社区医院等应用。
