电极导线介导的三尖瓣反流 被引量:5

摘要 早在三十年前,就有学者报告起搏器或ICD的电极导线能引起三尖瓣反流。近年来,随着起搏器、ICD、CRT等心律植入装置应用数量的剧增,该况才逐渐受到重视。毫无疑问,严重的三尖瓣反流常能损害心功能、降低患者的生活质量及生存率,有时还需外科干预治疗。随着社会人口的老龄化和心律植入装置适应证的拓展,将会发生更多的电极导线介导的三尖瓣反流。此外,其属于医源性合并症,如给予充分重视将能减少或预防发生。因此,提高对该合并症的认识有着重要临床意义。
