摘要
利用BIM技术由Revi t软件完成铸造厂房中铸造工艺设备三维模型、工艺布局、水电气等公用专业管网布置以及车间采光效果模拟.通过实物三维虚拟展示,能够避免各工序之间设备和管道的交错碰撞,更有利于实现合理的厂房工艺设计和布局,减少施工的返工和随意更改发生,加快了施工进度,节约了施工材料.
Based on BIM technology, the preliminary design of foundry shop, including the equipments of 3D model, process layout, layout of professional network for water, electric and gas utilities and simulation of workshop lighting effects, was completed by Revit software. The 3D virtual display can avoid the cross-collision of equipments and pipelines between each process, which is conducive to realize the reasonable process design and layout of workshop, reduce construction rework and optionally change, speed up the construction progress, and save the construction materials.
