摘要
与传统的汽车手动变速器相比,汽车自动变速器在操控性和驾驶舒适性等方面有显著优势,自动变速器在汽车工业发达的国家和地区的市场上占有率越来越高。文章针对东风某款轿车,在其手动变速器基础上,根据电动机械式自动变速器控制系统设计总体方案,对选换挡执行机构、离合执行机构、控制系统软硬件进行系统设计以实现自动变速目的,并在实车上进行试验和程序调试及改进控制策略,以验证系统设计的可行性和实际效果。
Compared with traditional manual transmission, automatic transmission has obvious advantages in controllability and driving comfort. Automatic transmission's market share is rapidly rising in the countries and regions which have developed automotive industry. Aimed at one kind of Dongfeng cars and its manual transmission,according to the control system of automatic mechanical transmission, the paper designs the overall scheme, and designs shifting mechanism, clutch mechanism,software and hardware of the control system to achieve automatic shifting. Experiments are taken on the car to debug the control program and improve the control strategy,and to verify system's feasibility and actual result.
