摘要
在文献综述的基础上,文章提出电子商务背景下企业信息化采纳模型和企业价值增值相关性的研究命题,并使用结构方程模型对调查数据进行实证分析。结果表明:以电子商务为基础的企业信息化采纳模型的适宜程度对企业的价值增值具有直接的影响,12项假设成立。研究结论为企业进行信息化采纳模型选择提供了决策参考,有利于企业选择与自身发展相适应的信息化应用模式,为企业发展注入动力。
On the basis of literature review, this paper proposes the proposition of the correlation of enterprise in- formatization adoption model and enterprise value appreciation and analyzes empirically through survey data by means of structural equation model. The result suggests that the suitability of E - commerce - based enterprise in- formatization adoption model has a direct impact on the enterprise' s value appreciation, and that twelve hypothe- ses are tested. The research conclusion provides decision - making reference for the selection of enterprise infor- matization adoption model, which is beneficial to the enterprise' s choosing the information application model suitable to its own development and activating its own development.
