摘要
制备了一种新型氧敏感膜用于测定水中的溶解氧。以乙酸纤维素(CA)为载体,八乙基铂卟啉(Pt OEP)为氧敏感指示剂制备氧敏感膜,并通过添加Si O2改善膜体的光学性能。膜片对氧饱和水溶液和氮饱和水溶液测定的相对标准偏差分别为1.1%(n=10)和0.92%(n=10),响应时间分别为19 s和23 s,线性相关系数为0.9972。敏感膜对氧有较快的响应时间、良好的响应可逆性以及较好的稳定性。
Novel optical oxygen sensors were fabricated and applied to the determination of dissolved oxygen in water. The sensors,based on fluorescence quenching of platinum octaethylporphyrin( Pt OEP) immobilized in cellulose acetate( CA) matrix with or without embedded silica microspheres,showed sensitive response to oxygen in water. The relative standard deviations( RSDs) were 1. 1%( n = 10) and 0. 92%( n = 10) for oxygen saturated water and nitrogen saturated water,the response time of the sensing film were 19 s and 23 s,respectively. The linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9972. The technique of the oxygen sensing film is simple and easy to be controlled. The sensing film also has good reversibility,reproducibility and long-term stability.
