摘要
甘肃省张掖市是典型的灌溉农业区。随着经济社会持续发展,水资源紧缺的矛盾日益突出,地下水资源的地位便显得尤为重要。从张掖市农业灌溉地下水资源利用形势入手,分析测算了农民群众负担的农业灌溉地下水成本,提出了灌区农民群众合理利用地下水资源、发展高效节水农业、增产增收致富的途径和建议。
Zhangye City in Gansu Province is one of the typical areas of irrigated agricuhure. Water shortage has become increasingly severe along with economic and social development, thus groundwater resource is vital to the area. The cost of using groundwater for irrigation is estimated based on the current utilization. Recommendations are made for rational and efficient utilization of groundwater resources and development of water-efficient agriculture for the income increase of both production and farmers.
