摘要
针对当前广为讨论的“制脑权”概念，从战争形态及其相应制权理论的发展和演变规律入手，先后阐述了国内外“制脑权”思想的发展历程、研究现状以及未来可能的战争形式下的新理论、新技术。最后，从国家安全的角度出发，聚焦于认知空间的影响战，对我国在新的战争形势下的安全战略进行了思考。
In terms of ＂Brain Supremacy＂, through the analysis of the warfare and its suprema- cy theory evolution, the development and current study of ＂Brain Supremacy＂ concept are dem- onstrated firstly. Then, new theory and technique under the possible warfare form are intro- duced. Lastly, the influence upon cognitive space and national security strategy in new warfare are focused.
