摘要
从微观的企业层面分析了企业的现代物流需求与经营策略。揭示了全业务链第三方物流企业难以产生,常规物流依然是第三方物流企业主导业务的机理。研究了规模物流企业与物流需求方之间产生套牢问题的市场风险,以及化解风险宜采用的分工专业化发展的经营策略。提出了不同专业物流企业之间的联合生产经营是实现完整现代物流服务的有效选择。分析了制约联合生产经营的因素及解决措施。结果表明:监管部门可以通过提供改善交易条件、提高履约保障水平的服务措施,使物流交易合作变得更加便利,成为市场主体的自发行为。
Based on enterprise level of micro part,we analyzed the modern logistics demand and business strategy of enterprises,and revealed the mechanism of why the full-service chain business of the third-party logistics enterprise is hard to set up and why the main business of third-party logistics enterprise is still regular logistics business. We also studied the market risks caused by the hold-up problem between large logistics enterprises and logistics demand party,and provided the operation strategy to resolve these risks by the division professional development. We proposed the viewpoint that the combined operation among different professional logistics enterprises is an effective choice to achieve a complete modern logistics services,and analyzed the restricting factors of joint operation and corresponding solutions. The result shows that by improving the service measures from the regulatory authorities such as improving the trading conditions and the performance guarantee level,it could make the logistics trade cooperation become more convenient and become the spontaneous behavior of the main market.
