摘要
"水俞五十七处"是《内经》中不多见的针灸成方之一。临床主要应用治疗水液代谢障碍疾病及水肿病。肝硬化腹水和水液代谢障碍、水肿病密切相关。笔者在临床应用"水俞五十七处"针刺治疗肝硬化腹水,取得较好效果。进一步探讨其治疗肝硬化腹水的机理。从"水俞五十七处"论治肝硬化腹水是临床新思路、新方法,亟待进一步论证。

From the＂Shui Shu fifty-seven＂on the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis is clinical new ideas,new methods,which need further demonstration
