本文分析了海塘工程作为防汛的第一道防线对上海市国民经济建设的重要性,描述了海塘工程历史和现状,重点提出了海塘管理面临的新形势和新变化,详细阐述了今后海塘管理的几项主要工作。
The importance of the seawall to the national economic of Shanghai was studied in this paper, The history and current situation of seawall in Shanghai were described,with the change of new situation and new problem in seawall management,several keys of work were described in detail in future seawall management.
