摘要
直线电机由于结构上的原因,在高速运动过程中会产生推力波动,由此产生的运动速度波动将影响直线电机驱动的工作台轨迹跟踪精度。用一种推力波动小的新型模块化初级永磁直线电机驱动X-Y工作台,可使X-Y工作台的速度波动减小,有效提高了X-Y工作台的动态响应速度和定位精度。
The X-Y table driven directly by permanent magnet linear motor has the advantages of low cost, simple structure and high reliability. As the struc- tural reasons of the linear motor, it would generate ttrust fluctuation in the fast-moving process, and the velocity fluctuations resulted from this will affect the trajectory tracking accuracy of the workbench driven by the linear motor. Using a new modular primary permanent magnet linear motor X-Y table with small thrust fluctuation can reduce speed fluctuations, which effectively improves the dynamic response speed and the positioning accuracy of X-Y table.
