摘要
针对原有甘蔗收获机样机存在切割器系统动力不足、刀盘出现卡死影响正常工作、采用机械传动的剥叶系统和行走系统引起的剥叶系统堵塞、行走系统动力性能差等问题,通过分析不同的工作机构的工况要求,结合原有样机基础上测试的甘蔗收获机各执行机构的压力、功耗等工作参数,采用液压传动技术,设计出了甘蔗收获机的全液压传动系统。简化了甘蔗联合收割机的整机结构设计,大大提高了整机的工作性能、可靠性、适应性。实验研究表明,采用全液压驱动的小型甘蔗获机性能运行平稳,效果良好。
This is aiming to solve the existing problems of the original sugarcane harvester, such as insufficient power for cutter which will easily cause the jam of the base cutter during the harvesting process, and the blocking of leaf stripping system and poor running effect of the movement system caused by adopting mechanical transmission. Through analyzing the requirements of each device in different conditions, the whole hydraulic system was designed by using hydraulic transmission technology based on the combination of the working parameters, such as the power consumption and the pressure of each mechanism, which were figured out through tests of the original machine. The whole structure of the sugarcane harvester was simplified and its overall performance, reliability, and adaptability were greatly improved. Experimental results also show that the small sugarcane harvester driven by whole hydraulic system is stable and could work well.
