摘要
酶联免疫吸附试验是诊断技术的重要手段,其基础就是利用抗体检测复杂混合物中的靶标分子,例如细胞表面抗原,免疫原和食品污染物等。然而,适配体系统可以通过指数级富集的配体系统进化技术对ELISA方法进行改良。该技术可以产生一个核酸适配体用于识别各种生物分子,起到探针的作用。与抗体相比,其具有分子小,易被修饰,制造成本低并可用于芯片检测等优点,并有潜力成为抗体的替代品并在ELISA方法中发挥作用。本文对核酸适配体在酶联免疫吸附测定法中的应用进行了综述。
Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is an important means of diagnostic techniques, based on antibody detection is the use of a complex mixture of target molecules, such as cell surface antigen, immunogen and food contaminants. However, the aptamers of the system can improve the ELISA by exponential enrichment method (Systemic Evolution of Ligands, SELEX), which can produce a nucleic acid probe (nucleic acidaptamer) based on the method has many advantages, aptanlers ligands will be the development of alternatives to antibodies and play a role in the ELISA method. Compared to antibodies, the aptamer is small, easily modified, low cost and other advantages and can be used to detect the chip. In this paper, the aptan^er in enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay application is reviewed.
