摘要
目的:探讨窄谱中波紫外线对慢性荨麻疹患者血清组胺与白三烯的意义。方法:将40例慢性荨麻疹患者随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组口服盐酸非索非那定片60 mg,bid,连续2个月,同时辅以NB-UVB治疗2次/周,连续2个月;对照组口服盐酸非索非那定片60 mg,bid,连续2个月。检测血清组胺与白三烯治疗前后的浓度变化情况,监测荨麻疹疾病活动程度(即USA评分)以及皮肤病生活质量指数(即DLQI)。结果:(1)对照组和研究组治疗前USA评分及DLQI评分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后1个月和2个月USA评分及DLQI评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组治疗前后血清组胺水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后比较差异无统计学意义。两组治疗前后血清白三烯B4水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后比较差异无统计学意义。结论:NB-UVB联合抗组胺药物可有效改善慢性荨麻疹患者的生活质量,提高疗效。
Objective: To discusses narrow spectrum uvb rays in serum in patients with chronic urticaria of histamine and leukotriene meaning.Method: 40 chronic urticaria patients, were randomly involved into two groups, and were treated by Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets (60 mg, bid) accompanying with NB-UVB (biw) in the trial group, and Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets (60 mg, bid) alone in the control group respectively. Therapeutic courses in both groups were 2 months. Concentration of serum histamine and leukotriene was detected before and after treatments, and (USA) score and dermatological life quality index (DLQI) was used to evaluate the patients’improvements.Result: (1) There was no statistical significance in the study group and the control group before treatment, but after 1 month and 2 months of treatment, there was statistically different (P〈0.05). (2) The comparison of serum histamine level before and after treatment of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), but no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. Comparison of serum leukotriene B4 level before and after treatment in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), but no statistically significant difference after treatment.Conclusion: Combination therapy of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets and NB-UVB is beneficial for chronic urticaria, with a significantly higher improvement effect than each single therapy.
