摘要
针对金溪县浒湾堤0+020~2+000段无防洪设施,无法抵御10年一遇设计洪水的问题,根据县城防洪规划、河道地形地貌、防洪标准等条件,结合乡镇防洪工程建设实践及工程区施工材料等因素,优化设计既能发挥防洪作用,又能使生态景观与防洪堤建设相协调的防洪墙与土堤相结合的堤线布置和堤型结构方案。抗滑稳定性分析结果表明:土堤和防洪墙堤身抗滑稳定均大于规范允许安全系数1.0,设计推荐方案技术上可行、经济上优越。
Aimed at the problems that there were no flood control facilities in 0 +020-2 +000 section of JinXi county HuWan flood control embankment which cannot resist the 10 year design flood, according to the country watershed flood control planning, the river topography and the flood control standard, combining with the villages and towns flood control engineering practices, the construction materials in engineering area and other factors, the dike line layout and dike type structure optimization design schemes which can meet the function requirements of both the flood control and realization the construction coordination between the ecological landscape and flood control embankment. The embankment stability analy- sis results show that the Seepage and stability against sliding safety coefficient is bigger than the specification 1.0 index. The optimization design schemes are economic eminence and technical feasible.
