摘要 在耦合双间隙腔的基础上,提出了一种双层新型交叉耦合结构的腔体滤波器,利用couple-filter软件分析得出理论的耦合系数,通过在三维仿真软件HFSS建模、仿真和优化,实现了双层同轴腔体带通滤波器的整体设计.仿真结果显示,采用双层4腔的新型多腔滤波器的带宽、带外抑制和插入损耗等主要参数完全可以达到单层4腔滤波器的技术性能.该类新型腔体滤波器具有频带宽、带外抑制好、结构紧凑和形状多样化等多方面优点,将能更好地满足雷达或移动通信基站等各类微波通信系统的要求. On the basis of coupling double-gap cavities,a new multi-cavity filter with two-layer coaxial cavity cross-coupling is proposed in this paper. It utilizes the coupling coefficient analyzed by couple-filter software and the 3D simulation software HFSS procedures of modeling,simulation and optimization to realize the integral design of the two-layer coaxial cavity band-pass filter. Simulation results show that the performance of band width,out-band suppression and insertion loss of a two-layer filter with 4 cavities have the advantages of that of a single layer filter with 4 cavities. Such new filters with merits of wide frequency band width,satisfactory out-band suppression,compact structure and various shapes would better meet the requirements of microwave communication systems such as radar or mobile communication station.
