复合激发剂对自燃煤矸石-粉煤灰活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用正交试验设计方法较系统地研究了硫酸钠、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺和碳酸钠四因素在不同水平组合下,对自燃煤矸石粉和粉煤灰复合胶凝体系抗压强度的影响。结果表明:四种激发剂对不同龄期抗压强度影响主次不同,其中氢氧化钠对该体系早期水化有很好的激发效果,三乙醇胺对后期激发效果更为显著;同时有针对性地研究了该胶凝体系的增强机理和微观形貌,对合理使用复合掺合料和激发剂具有指导意义。 The effect of four factors including sodium sulfate,sodium hydroxide,triethanolamine and sodium carbonate on compressive strength of composite cementitious system with spontaneous-combustion coal gangue and fly-ash in different level combination were systematically studied by using orthogonal design method. The results show that the compressive strength of the four activators have different primary and secondary order in different hydration instars. Sodium hydroxide has a good activation effect on early hydration of composite cementitious system,while triethanolamine inspires more significantly on anaphase hydration. Meanwhile,the reinforcement mechanism and the micro-morphology were targetably studied,which has guiding significance to the fair use of composite admixture and activator.
