摘要
目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取86例溃疡性结肠炎患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组患者给予美沙拉嗓肠溶片治疗,观察组采用中医综合疗法进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率为97.67%,明显高于对照组的86.05%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎可取得良好效果,且副作用小,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods：86 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis,it will be randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with beautiful salad throat enteric coated tablets in the treatment,the observation group was given comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Comparison of the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 97.67%,significantly higher than 86.05% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：TCM Comprehensive Therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has a good clinical effect,and side effects,low recurrence rate,is worthy of clinical application.
