摘要
针对核电站气动截止阀研制了一种核级气动执行机构。该执行机构为直线行程27mm,全行程运行时间短,输出推力稳定。建立了气动执行机构的模型,详细分析了气动执行机构的工作原理。阐述了气动执行机构的材料设计和理论推力曲线图,并利用测试台对气动执行机构的性能特性进行检测,全行程运行时间在15s范围内,输出推力稳定在115kN。
A nuclear-grade pneumatic actuator is developed for the cut-off valve in the nuclear power plant. The total travel of pneumatic actuator is 27 mm. The operating time for total travel is short and the output thrust is stability.The model of pneumatic actuator is established. The working principle is analyzed in detail. The material design and the graph of theory thrust are expatiated. The performance characteristics of pneumatic actuator are detected by using the test table. The operating time of total travel is in 15 seconds,and the output thrust is about 115 k N.
