摘要
目的了解我院免疫增强剂临床应用情况,为该类药物的合理使用提供参考。方法对我院2011~2013年免疫增强剂的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）及日均费用（DDC）等进行回顾性统计分析。结果免疫增强剂的销售金额和DDDs均呈现增长趋势;3年来匹多莫德销售金额及DDDs排序均居前。结论 2011~2013年我院免疫增强剂需求量逐年增加;其中疗效、安全性及价格占优势的是匹多莫德、白芍总苷、卡介菌多糖。
Objective To investigate the clinical utilization of immunostimulants to provide reference for rational drug use.Methods The drug types,sales amounts,DDDs and DDC of immunostimulants in our hospital from 2011 to 2013were retrospectively analyzed.Result The sales amounts and DDDs of immunostimulants showed an upward trend.Pidotimod took the lead in terms of both consumption sum and DDDs over the 3years.Conclusion The demand of immunostimulants increased year by year from2011 to 2013.Pidotimod,total glucosides of paeony,and BCG polysaccharide were used much more frequently because of the clinical effect,safety and price.
