摘要
公民素养是社会群体精神面貌与价值理念的综合表现,是维系社会发展的意识层面的关键组件。青年大学生是国家公民的优质群体,也是社会主义社会科学发展的接班人与生力军,尤其需要强化锻炼其优秀公民素养的培养塑造。准确把握优秀公民素养的内涵特征,针对创设具备切实科学的提升对策,从而全面实现青年大学生的优秀公民素养的锻炼打造与社会进步的融合双赢。
College students are high quality groups among citizens in China as well as essential components to maintain the development of a society at the consciousness levels. According to the reality of college education,a practical and scientific practice mode has been initiated by the study of the highlighted requirements of citizen quality connotation and characteristics of college students,accurate grasp of connotative features of high- quality citizens,establishment of the principle of promotion and improvement as the central guidance,thus realizing a win- win purpose,which combines excellent citizen quality cultivation of college students and social progress.
