摘要
桂林市北冲污水处理厂规模为3×104m3/d,采用A2/O处理工艺,剩余污泥采用进口高转速离心脱水机进行处理。2009年通过对脱水机增加变频器控制、调整投药站的配药参数以及进泥系统增加格栅机等技术改造和优化运行措施,实现了污泥脱水系统设备的稳定运行,提高了污泥处理效率,达到了节能降耗的效果。
The treatment capacity of Guilin Beichong WWTP is 30 000 m^3/d, the A^2/O process is adopted, and the residual sludge is treated by imported high-speed centrifugal dewatering machine. Some technological transformation and optimized operation measures were taken for the dewatering machine in 2009, including increasing the frequency converter control, adjusting the parameters of chemicals dosing station and increasing the screen machine in the sludge feeding system. The stable operation of the sludge dewatering system was realized, the efficiency of sludge treatment was improved, and the energy-saving effect was achieved.
