摘要
示功图监控诊断计量系统的设计包括系统感知层、传输层、应用层,阐述了示功图诊断方法和计量方法。对胜利油田胜采九队36口抽油机井日产液量进行对比分析,示功图计量产液量比分离器计量产液量的准确性高。示功图监控诊断计量系统实现了单井工况诊断、井下技术状况、油井生产状况的多角度分析,节省了现场数据采集的用工量和测试工的用工量,降低了油田开发的劳动力成本,提升了油气生产现场的管理水平。
The design of Indicator Diagram Monitoring and Diagnostic System included perception layer,transmission layer and application layer,the diagnostic and metering method of the indicator diagram was described.The daily liquid production rate of 36 pumping wells in Shengli Oilfield was contrasted,it indicated that the liquid production rate measured by indicator diagram was more precise than that of separator measurement.By using the indicator diagram,multiangle analysis including single well operating condition diagnosis,downhole condition and oil well production condition is realized,it greatly reduces the workload of data acquisition and testing,lowers the labor cost of oilfield development and improves the management level of oil and gas production in the oilfield.
