摘要
以乙醇(Et OH)对白屈菜全草进行提取,再将浓缩后的提取液分别用正已烷,乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行梯度萃取,研究所得到的3种萃取物对菜青虫,蚜虫和瓢虫的杀虫活性,结果表明:不同浓度的正己烷,乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物药液对菜青虫和蚜虫表现出一定的杀虫活性,而对瓢虫的杀死率均小于50%。
The whole plant of Chelidonium majus L. was extracted by EtOH. The extracted solvent was evaporated to get the concentrated extract which was extracted gradually by hexane, EtOAc, and BtOH, respectively. The insecticidal activity to Pieris rapea L., Brevicoryne brassicae, and Coccinella septempunctata L. was researched by the extracts of hexane, EtOAc, and BtOH. To the results, the extracts of hexane and EtOAc exhibited insecticidal activity to Pieris rapea Land Brevicoryne brassicae in different concentrations, and showed no activity to Coccinella septempunctata L. with the less than 50% of insecticidal rate.
