生物肥对阿克苏骏枣果实和叶片cAMP含量影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】为研究阿克苏骏枣果实和叶片cAMP含量提供理论依据。【方法】以不同生物肥处理的骏枣为试材,采集白熟、脆熟和完熟期的叶片、果实的样品,采用HPLC法测定分析c AMP的含量。流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾)=10∶90,进样量20 u L,环磷酸腺苷标样线性回归方程为Y=0.890 4X-0.216 2,相关系数R2=0.999 9,重现性测定RSD=0.529 5%,加样回收率测定平均回收率为99.63%,变异系数RSD=1.304 8%。【结果】(1)叶片中cAMP含量7月含量高于10月,不同处理间7月差异显著。(2)不同发育时期的枣果c AMP含量均以脆熟最高,幼果期最低。(3)不同生物肥处理枣果中c AMP含量均高于不施肥处理。(4)阿克苏骏枣中,同一组织不同时期的c AMP含量存在很大差异,同一处理不同组织c AMP的相对含量因物候期而异。【结论】环磷酸腺苷的色谱峰分离度高;随着骏枣果实不断发育成熟cAMP含量呈上升趋势,果实成熟阶段c AMP含量最高。 [ Objective] To provide the theoretical support for the mechanism and efficient control methods of jun - jujube cAMP content of leaves and fruit by reviewing and summarizing the research progress. [ Meth- od ] The contents of cAMP in fruit, leaves by different biological fertilizer treatments on jun - jujube cultivars were analyzed using HPLC. The mobile phase was as follows : V(methanol) : V(0.05 mol/L phosphate buffer) = 10:90 ,and the quantity of injection was 10 uL. Standard linear cyclic adenosine regression equation was Y =0. 890 4X -0. 216 2. The correlation coefficient R2 = 0. 999 9; Reproducible measurement RSD = 0. 529 5% ;Recoveries measured average recovery was 99.63% ; The coefficient of variation RSD = 1. 304 8%. [ Re- sult ] Leafs cAMP levels in July were higher than in October. Different treatments were significantly different in July. Jujube cAMP levels were expressed in different developmental stages, highest in ripe stage and lowest in young state, cAMP levels were higher by different bio - fertilizer treatments in jujube than those without fertili- zation. In Akzo Jun dates, there was a big difference in cAMP levels in different periods. The relative content of cAMP varied in different tissues of the same process because of phenology. [ Conclusion ] cAMP peak sep- aration was high; With the continuous development of mature fruit, jun - jujube cAMP levels rose, reaching the highest level at fruit rioening stare.
