摘要
目的探讨人工全膝关节置换术在严重骨性关节炎患者治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取2010年6月~2013年10月间我院所收治的74例（97膝）骨性关节炎患者。所有患者均采用人工全膝关节置换术进行治疗,分别对患者治疗前后的HSS评分、膝关节活动度、疼痛及生存质量进行比较分析。结果患者治疗后优良率达89.19%（66/74）。与治疗前患者相比,治疗后HSS评分和膝关节活动度均明显提高,VAS疼痛评分明显下降,生存质量评分明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人工全膝关节置换术在提高严重骨性关节炎患者的临床治疗效果、促进关节功能恢复、提高患者生活质量等方面均具有积极的促进作用。
Objective To analyze the clinical applications effects of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of patients with severe osteoarthritis. Methods From June 2010 to October 2013, 74 patients（97 knees） with osteoarthritis were selected in our hospital. All the patients were treated with total knee arthroplasty for treatment. The HSS score, activities angle of knee, scores of pain and quality of life of the patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment, the ratio of excellent and good of patients was 89.19%（66/74）. Compared with before treatment,the patients after treatment, scores of HSS and activities angle of knee were increased significantly, scores of VAS pain were decreased significantly, scores of quality of life were increased significantly, the differences were significant statistically（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty has positive role in promoting of improving clinical outcomes, promoting joint function and improving the quality of life for patients with severe osteoarthritis.
