摘要
以追求经济发展速度和总量的安徽经济现实版面临诸多制约因素,未来发展难以持续。打造安徽经济的升级版就是在现实版的基础上,以改革为动力,推动经济全面转型升级,实现以创新、高效、低耗、公平为主要特征的更高阶段的发展平台。于此,该文围绕突破安徽经济升级版的困境,参照升级版的标准,从8个方面提出了升级版的政策建议。
In the pursuit of economic growth and economic gross,Anhui provincial economy faces many restrictive factors,and its future development is unsustainable.Forging Anhui economic upgrading is to be based on its reality,taking reform as a driving force,to promote economic comprehensive transformation and upgrading,so as to achieve the innovation,efficiency,low consumption,and fairness as its main features for building a higher stage of development platform.The paper centers on the dilemma of its upgrading,refers to the upgrading standard,and puts forward eight suggestions on its upgrading.
