摘要
通过添喂含酸性大红GR染料的改性桑叶,使白色家蚕吐出一种具有良好光泽的彩色茧丝,采用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射光谱、热重分析和力学性能测试等手段对彩色茧丝的结构和性能进行研究,并与白色茧丝进行了比较分析。研究表明:彩色茧丝具有良好的光泽,其纵向光滑平直,平均直径为13μm,彩色茧丝的热学稳定性比白色茧丝略差,断裂强度为1.72 cN/dtex,比白色茧丝1.85 cN/dtex略小,主要是添喂酸性大红GR染料后彩色茧丝结晶度为33.1%,较白色茧丝结晶度36.5%略低所致。
By feeding Bombyx mori with the modified mulberry leaves containing the acid scarlet GR,this research directly obtained colored silk with good luster. The structure and properties of colored silk were studied and compared with normal white silkworm silk by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,x-ray diffraction,thermal analysis and mechanical properties. Results show that the colored silk has good luster,with smooth vertical structure and average diameter of 13 μm,while the thermal stabilities of the colored silk is lower than that of the ordinary silk; the breaking tenacity of the colored silk(1.72 cN/dtex) is slightly lower than that of the ordinary silk(1.85 cN/dtex). This is mainly because crystallinity degree of colored silk(33.1%) is slightly lower than that of white silk(36.5%).
