摘要
针对变电站10 k V开关柜断路器、隔离开关触头接触部位及其他导电排连接部位在长期运行过程中因表面氧化腐蚀、紧固螺栓松动导致接触电阻增大而引起发热故障的问题,提出并研发了基于声表面波技术的适用于变电站10 k V开关柜关键点测温的无源无线式在线测温系统。该系统通过现有变电站综合数据网实现测温信息的统一采集与传输,具有远程智能分析和诊断、实时和历史数据报表统计、Web浏览发布和短信告警等功能,并已成功应用于中山供电局110 k V泰丰变电站、文安变电站、裕丰变电站,有效监测了10 k V开关柜设备实时发热情况,实现了各变电站测温数据的集中管理,为10 k V开关柜设备状态检修、及时消缺提供了可靠的数据支持。
In allusion to problems of heat faults of contact sites of breakers,disconnector contacts and other joint parts of conducting bars of 1 0 kV switch cabinet in substation caused by surface oxide corrosion and fastening bolts looseness that may result in contact resistance increase,a kind of passive wireless online temperature measurement system applicable to tempera-ture measurement on key points of 1 0 kV switch cabinet based on surface acoustic wave technology was proposed and devel-oped. By means of existing substation comprehensive data network,this system could realize unified acquisition and trans-mission of temperature measurement information and it was provided with functions such as remote intelligent analysis and diagnosis,real-time and historical data statistic,Web browse and publishing and message alarm. This system had been suc-cessfully applied in 1 1 0 kV Taifen substation,Wenan substation and Yufeng substation of Zhongshan power supply bureau which had effectively monitored real-time heating of 1 0 kV switch cabinet equipments,realized centralized management on temperature measurement data of each substation and provided reliable support for state overhaul and timely defects elimina-tion of 1 0 kV switch cabinet equipments.
