摘要 随着外电入鲁比重的不断提高,加之风电等新能源发电规模的不断扩大,给山东电网的电力平衡带来新的问题。分析影响电力平衡的各种因素,并通过综合能量管理系统(EMS)、电网调度生产管理系统(OMS)和日前计划系统信息,构建了主要包含日内计算旋转备用、电力平衡影响偏差、新能源接纳能力等指标的日内电力平衡动态评估系统,该系统能够为调度人员提供电力平衡情况的动态参考,为日内电网出力平衡调度提供重要的决策依据。 The proportion of electric power imported into Shandong grid is on a rising scale and renewable energy power generation such as wind power is keeping on expanding.Thus,the power balance of Shandong grid is faced with new problems.Various factors influencing power balance are analyzed.Intraday power balance dynamic assessment system is proposed through EMS(Comprehensive Energy Management System) and OMS(power grid dispatching production management system) and day-ahead planning system information.Indicators of this assessment system main include real-time calculation of spinning reserve,impact bias of power balance,renewable energy integration capacity.This system can provide a dynamic reference about power balance for dispatchers,and provide an important decision-making basis for intraday power balance scheduling.
