摘要
选取旅游表演场域中主要角色进行分析并探讨角色之间的互动关系,进一步从男女性别关系考察旅游表演场域中男女性别角色及其关系。在旅游表演场域中,不管是旅游者和各类东道主角色,还是用男女性别关系来考察的性别角色,这些角色之间关系都不是孤立的,他们都是在角色互动中共同完成整个旅游表演。其目的是将旅游活动作为人的活动来研究,回归到旅游活动的本质研究,即对人本身的研究之中。
With an analysis of the main roles and their interrelationship with regards to tourism job-performance as its beginning, the paper then examines the gender roles and gender relationships between males and females in tourism job-performance. In all tourism activities, all the role-players, including tourists and various hosts, males and females, jointly participate in the whole tourism job-performance, though playing their own different roles, with no exceptions. The paper thus advocates that researches should be once again focused on people＇s activities, as tourist activities are human activities in nature.
