摘要
东部地区产业转移的加速和产业转型升级的加快,给湖北省经济发展带来了重要的战略机遇。结合湖北省承接产业转移现状的分析,本文采用产业梯度模型,对湖北省承接东部产业转移的制造业重点行业进行了实证研究。同时针对湖北省产业承接过程中存在的突出问题,从加强产业配套能力建设、创新招商引资方式、加快发展现代服务业、完善环境监管和加强工业园区载体建设等方面提出相应的对策建议。
The acceleration of industrial transfer and industrial transformation and upgrading of eastern areas has brought the important strategic opportunities to promote the economic development of hubei province. Combining with the analysis of the current situations of undertaking industrial transfer in hubei province,the paper uses the industrial gradient model to make an empirical research on the key manufacturing industries to undertake the eastern industrial transfer for hubei province. In the meantime, in view of outstanding problems that exist in the process of undertaking industrial transfer in hubei province,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the construction of industrial supporting ability, innovation of investment ways,speeding up the development of modern service industries, improving the environment monitoring strengthening the construction of industrial parks and etc are put forward.
