摘要 电子商务环境下生鲜供应链系统需求中断频发,为提高其应对风险的能力,构建一个由生鲜供应商和电子商务销售商组成的两级生鲜供应链系统,建立集中系统和分散系统的需求中断模型,研究供应链成员的决策行为,探讨建立需求中断风险的协调控制机制十分重要。研究表明:供应链成员根据需求中断风险的不同程度调整最优订货量和销售价格能获得最大利益;基于成本分摊的收益共享契约能够实现需求中断发生时生鲜供应链的协调与优化。 The demand disruption of fresh products supply chain happens frequently in E-commerce, in order to improve the ability to cope with the risk, the paper builds a two-tiered fresh products supply chain system which composed of one fresh product supplier and one retailer, then sets up the demand disruption model under centralized system and decentralized system respectively. Finally, the paper focuses on supply chain members' decision-making behavior and explores the mechanism of coordination and control of demand disruption risk. The results show that supply chain members can get maximum benefits when they according the different degree disruption risk to adjust the optimal strategy; the revenue sharing contract which based on the cost allocation can coordinate and optimize the fresh products supply chain when demand disruption happened.
