摘要
目的:探讨临床药师提供药学服务的实践模式。方法:通过1例输注奥沙利铂致过敏的案例,临床药师参与整个治疗过程,提出用药建议,并实施全程药学监护。结果:临床药师通过参与奥沙利铂致过敏病例的治疗实践,使对化疗药物奥沙利铂有效但出现过敏反应的患者得以继续使用,提高了患者的治疗效果。结论:临床药师参与临床药物治疗实践,有利于提高临床药物治疗水平。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the METHODS： Clinical pharmacist was involved mode of pharmaceutieal eare carried out by elinical pharmacists. in the whole treatment process for one case of oxaliplatin infusion- induced allergy by offering advices on medication and providing pharmaceutical care throughout the treatment process. RESULTS： With clinical pharmacist＇ involvement, the effective chemotherapeutic drug oxaliplatin was able to be used continuously in patient with oxaliplatin infusion-induced allergy, leading to the improvement of clinical efficacy. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacist＇s involvement in clinical medication practice contributed to the improvement of clinical medication level.
