摘要
技术创新与垄断和竞争间业已形成交融互促关系,技术与知识资产优势是跨国公司全球技术垄断竞争优势的基础。跨国公司以技术垄断优势为依托开展国际直接投资,极大地促进了垄断资本主义经济的新发展,严重威胁到中国产业技术安全。研究跨国公司技术垄断路径,打破跨国公司技术垄断,形成和提升中国企业全球技术垄断竞争力,是中国经济持续繁荣与百年辉煌之生死攸关话题。论文以技术垄断为研究视角,对企业全球技术垄断相关问题及其争议进行梳理,并对其进行相应回顾与评价。
The relationship among technological innovation and monopoly and competition has been formed mingling with each other and mutual promotion, the technology and knowledge assets advantage is the foundation of Multi-National Corporation global technology monopoly competitive advantage. Multi-National Corporation carried out international direct investment based on technology monopoly advantage, which greatly promoted the new development of the monopoly capitalist economy, and seriously threatened the safety of China＇s industry technology. Researching of multi-national corporation technology monopoly path, breaking the multi-national corporation technology monopoly, and forming and enhancing the global technological monopoly competitiveness of the Chinese enterprises, is a vital topic of China＇s sustained economic prosperity and hundred years brilliant.This paper comb through the issues and controversy related to the enterprise global technical monopoly, and carries on the corresponding review and evaluation based on the angle of technological monopoly.
