摘要
目的探讨影响临床护士PDA执行规范性的相关因素,提出干预措施,为完善PDA质量控制、健全PDA模块体系提供依据。方法对我院51个护理单元PDA执行规范性进行调查,对PDA执行不合格单元进行半结构深度访谈,采用现象学分析法进行资料分析并予护理干预。结果影响临床护士PDA执行规范性的因素主要包括:人员思想认识因素、患者依从性因素、硬件设备因素、PDA质量控制体系及功能缺陷因素。经整改后临床护士PDA执行规范率明显改善(P<0.01)。结论加强PDA使用培训和宣教、质量控制管理,不断完善功能,才能最大限度地实现PDA功能,提高工作效率,保障护理安全。
Objective To investigate factors affecting nurses＇execution normalization of PDA use and countermeasures ,provide references for nursing quality control and optimizing design of PDA system .Methods A study of nurses＆#39;execution normalization of PDA use was conducted for 51 nursing units ,the unqualified nursing units of PDA use participated in the semi-structure interviews and analyzed by Colaizzi＇S phenomenological method ,and to give the countermeasures .Results Factors affecting nurses＇ execution normalization of PDA use were：nurses＇awareness of PDA use、patient adherence、equipments and hardware、nursing quality control and function defects of PDA .The execution normalization of PDA were better after intervention than before （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion In order to improve efficiency of nursing and ensure patient＇s safety ,we Should strengthen training and education on PDA use、nursing quality control on PDA management ,and optimize Functions of PDA .
