摘要
随着科技管理水平的不断提高,互联网技术的出现,以信息交换平台和数据库为基础,数据处理及分析程序为手段的互动信息平台,也逐渐应用到了现代办公自动化领域。为促进石油化工建设工程质量监督工作更好地开展,提高为企业服务的水平,使石油化工重点项目得到更好的管理,工程质量得到更好的保证,本文结合近10年的石油化工项目管理经验,根据石油化工新建、扩建石油化工项目的特点,设计了一套石油化工建设工程项目信息平台系统。实践证明,该网络信息平台利用互联网作为辅助石油化工工程质量管理的渠道,缩短了石油化工企业申报质量监督手续的时间,进一步规范和管理了河北省的石油化工企业新建、扩建项目,为监督站和石油化工企业修筑起了一条便捷的高速路。
With the development of science and technology management level unceasing enhancement,the emergence of the Internet technology,the information exchange platform and the database is gradually applied to the modern office automation on the basis of interactive information platform and database. To promote the petroleum chemical industry construction engineering quality supervision work better,improve the level of service for the enterprise,and to make the petrochemical industry get better manage key projects and ensure project quality better,the author combined with nearly 10 years of experience in petrochemical project management,according to the petrochemical construction and expansion of the characteristics of petrochemical projects designed a set of petrochemical construction project information platform system. Practice has proved that using the Internet as a auxiliary petrochemical project quality management of channels the network information platform made the petrochemical enterprises filing procedures of quality supervision shorten,further standardized and managed the petrochemical enterprises in Hebei province construction and expansion of the project,built a convenient highway for surveillance and petrochemical companies.
