摘要
"十二五"规划的顶层设计是全面推进改革的有效方式,本文在服装产业转型升级的背景下,结合服装专业教学现状和国内外服装教学改革的一般规律,以培养出"什么样的服装人才"为目标,结合引领转型升级发展的需求驱动,通过专业课程建设、教学资源建设、实验实践教学建设、师资队伍建设等方面的改革实践,实现人才培养模式的顶层设计,打造"政、产、学、研、商、用"六位一体的服装人才培养模式。
The top-level design of the twelfth five-year planning is the effective way to comprehensively promote reforming. In the background of transformation and upgrading of garment industry, this paper combines with the general rules of clothing teaching status and domestic-international education reform. The goal is training "what kind of garment talent". And this paper combines with the demand-drive of leading the development of transformation and upgrading.By reform practices including conducting professional courses, teaching resources and experiment and practice teaching, building teaching staff and so on, this paper is to achieve the top-level design of talent training, and build the "Six in One"talent training mode.
