摘要
炎症在心血管疾病的发生和发展中起着关键的作用。最近研究表明,通过刺激迷走神经,激活胆碱能受体可以抑制促炎细胞因子释放,这一通路被称为"胆碱能抗炎通路"(CAP)。随着CAP的研究深入,其在心血管疾病防治中的地位备受关注,尤其是发挥核心作用的α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7n AChR)。该文就CAP和α7n AChR在高血压病、休克、急性心肌缺血再灌注等疾病中的作用进行综述,并对其在心血管疾病中潜在的临床意义进行讨论。
Inflammation plays a key role in the incidence and development of cardiovascular diseases.Recent studies have shown that the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines could be suppressed by stimulating the vagus nerve and activate cholinergic receptors. This pathway is known as "cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway"( CAP). Along with the in-depth studies related to CAP,the effect of such pathway,especially α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor( α7n AChR) which plays a central role in CAP,upon prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases has captivated more and more attention. In this paper,the role of CAP and α7n AChR in hypertension,shock,acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion and other diseases was reviewed and the potential clinical significance was discussed.
