摘要
针对汽车零部件生产过程中的生产效率不高,焊接过程中可能会存在机器人焊钳与夹具干涉等问题,有必要对FANUC机器人焊接工作站进行仿真,模拟焊接时间,对焊接轨迹进行优化以缩短焊接时间,提高生产效率。利用CATIA软件建立三维模型,应用robot CAD动态软件实现对机器人工作站系统的焊接进行模拟仿真,防止机器人发生碰撞。
Aiming at the production efficiency is not high in the production process of motor parts,the welding process may exist robot welding electrode holder and clamp interference problem,so it is necessary for the simulation of FANUC robot welding workstation,simulation of welding time,welding trajectory optimization is performed to shorten the welding time,improve production efficiency.The establishment of 3D model by using CATIA software,the application of robot CAD software to realize the dynamic simulation of the welding robot workstation system,prevent the robot collision in this paper.
