摘要
马驹桥公租房项目施工中,针对装配整体式混凝土剪力墙结构的工程特点,在预制构件吊装、现浇混凝土连接节点、转换层做法、钢筋连接套筒灌浆、预制墙板及叠合板支撑体系、塔式起重机与墙体锚固等工序,采用了一系列关键技术及措施,实施效果良好。
Considering the characteristics of assembled monolithic concrete shear wall structure inthe construction of Majuqiao Public Rental Housing project, a series of key techniques and measureswere adopted, such as lifting of prefabricated component, connecting node of cast-in-place concrete,construction of transition floor, steel bar connecting sleeve grouting, prefabricated wall panel andsandwich panel supporting system, anchorage of tower crane to wall, etc., and favorable effects wererealized.
